  • I have been on a Plant Based Whole foods vegan diet for over a year, walk 2 hours a day and eat at home. My blood pressure is still high. Its usually 145/95. I still have to take medication, but I do not know why…

    I drink hibiscus tea, eat flax seeds, oatmeal. I am taking Hawthorne extract. Nothing helps!
