  • During my long time study about our body reaction to food I made an assumption, that says this. Listen what our body says to us!!! According it. 1.Fruit and fat meat are the best food, that our body can digest and absorb. 2. Body have the ketone (for fats and proteins) and glucose(for carbohydrates) metabolism. (these can be used only one at a time and depends from what food is provided). 3. Both fat meat, sour and bitter fruits encourages bile flow (which is beneficial) This nutrition works only and only then, when the body goes on a mono nutrition as animals do in the wild. They don't mix. Switching from ketone to glucose metabolism and vise versa (adaptation period is required) is a tremendous stress for the body because of the blood sugar and insulin instability. And when both of these types of food is eaten (we all doing this now) a big conflict appears in the digestive system. 4.Fats and meats are predigested in the stomach and carbohydrates in the mouth.(thats why fruits must be chewed very slowly). Because of this proteins with fats must be not combined with carbohydrates together in one meal (sandwich is best example of bad food combination). So, this is my conclusion. PALEO (for cold climate) or FRUITARIANISM (for hot climate). These types of nutrition looks extreme, but what is more extreme than chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, obstruction of blood vessels, leaky gut syndrome, food intolerance, insulin and leptin resistance and so on….? exactly what our modern diet does to us now.
    P.S. Fill your car half gasoline half diesel, try to run it and you will understand what i mean. (actually don't try, it will damage the engine) All information about what was written can be found in peaces on the internet. During my life I understand, that unhealthy food is tasty, addictive and easy to go, while paleo or fruits are healthy but hard to keep it, because of the pressure from the surrounding and because of the body. (during the time of new diet it must change and grow knew body cells and build new coherence with symbiotic microbiome). Remember we ARE what we eat!

  • This is somewhat of a reductionist video and goes in the face of studies that most (90%) americans are deficient in choline. It'd be fair to point out that choline is actually a very important nutrient.

At 3:26 he highlights "a statistically significant dose effect is observed in cancers of the colon in particular" BUT if you read just the rest of the paragraph and pause it says "The associations observed; however, appear WEAK, with only SMALL DIFFERENCES between high versus low levels of consumption; thus, the hypothesis that egg consumption is involved in the development of GI neoplasms remains AT BEST TENOUS. TENOUS definition: very weak, slight.

    Stop this nonsense. Show the whole story not just nit pick a sentence that confirms your views. SMH

  • There is no country with organic eggs on the whole planet. Chickens from boxes just shit eggs more often than their own poop all under neon lamps.

  • Ok, so no one is going to mention the studies that shows how eggs can be significantly varied in terms of nutrition by the way the chickens are raised? Factory farmed eggs and free-range organic completely natural eggs are basically two completely different things. Their make up is entirely different. How many of these studies used organic eggs? Why don't studies label their freakin eggs???

    that you're a vegan and therefore you've a big confirmation bias.

  • Eggs has been consumed by human beings on a limited scale since AGES in all cultures only lately have eggs become nutritionally inferior [and possibly damaging] because the treatment of the mother: the chicken which is fed artificial food

  • I do not think eggs are risk.
    My idea is eggs are polluted with insecticides or something.
    There are other foods that contain cholines, but they are not cancer causing.
    Further, TMAO is a kind of osmolytes which are used by fish and germs or bacterium for their health. Basically osmolytes protect organisms.
