Cholesterol Gallstones

  • I was eating the SAD diet for 52 years.  Then I adopted a vegan diet overnight.  8 months later I started having gall stone attacks.  My theory is that when I started eating really really healthy my liver decided it was time to do some detox and wanted to get rid of these stones.  Unfortunately the stones were trapped.  My doctor said I would have to have my gall bladder out there was no other choice.  Instead I did the Andreas Moritz "Miracle Liver Cleanse".  I did it 5 times.  I have not had a problem for 6 months now.  I am going to do another cleanse soon though just to stay on top of it.

  • I'm vegan and just got diagnosed with gallstones. My family, friends, and doctor are pressuring me to get surgery. I know the gallbladder is important and would love to be able to rid my body of these nasty pain-causing buggers and keep the organ, but at the same time the pain I feel when I'm having an attack is absolutely unbearable. I don't know what I should do.

  • Those are crazy odds – 9:1 meat eaters vs non-vegetarians. It's weird to think that cholesterol is distributed throughout the entire body, our vascular system, organs, and not just cholesterol stones!!
