  • Thanks for this info…very interesting…quick question though re: artichokes….when you buy artichoke hearts they are stored in some liquid (don't remember if it's just water or if oil or some other marinade is involved)…just wondering if they are still relevant (antioxidant wise) when you eat them this way…I've heard for instance as soon as you make fresh juice, you should drink it asap, because it immediately starts loosing enzymatic power

  • When are you ever going to sit down to 1/2cup of goji berries. Beans are the king, 200g of beans is a decent meal and Cheap++++ not to mention you add stuff like tumeric and and cummin and maybe chilli and you have the cheapest superfood on the planet.
